3E Accounting Group was founded in 2011 to provide affordable corporate services to businesses and start-ups. Its mission is to offer the Three Es: efficiency, effectiveness and economy, as a complete suite of services that address all aspects of professional incorporation, accounting, tax, immigration and compliance services and ongoing administration for every business entity.
Lawrence Chai understands the importance of information technology solutions in creating value for businesses. He set up IT Solution Singapore in 2012 on the insight that every client has its own special needs and requires a comprehensive IT setup that can accommodate their unique technical requirements beyond IT solutions.
In 2014, 3E Accounting’s first overseas office opened in Malaysia. 3E Accounting’s extensive experience in Singapore and Malaysia has helped to support clients to start their Malaysian business through the new Malaysia office.
In 2016, 3E Accounting International was set up to offer services beyond excellence through a well-connected global accounting network. 3E Accounting International was established with a strong professional background, good knowledge within their local jurisdiction and trusted experience in handling clients internationally.
The Group is the largest home-grown global accounting network with an international presence in close to 80 countries worldwide. In 2020, 3E Accounting will open newest country office in Hong Kong.
Overseas Business Expansion
In 2014, 3E Accounting setup its first overseas office in Malaysia. Our extensive experience in Singapore and Malaysia has helped to support clients to start their Malaysian business through the new Malaysia office.
In 2016, we championed the establishment of 3E Accounting International, aiming to offer services beyond excellence through a well-connected global accounting network. At that time, our network spanned more than 70 countries worldwide. By 2025, 3E Accounting International has expanded its reach to over 113 countries, solidifying its position as the largest home-grown global accounting network. This growth reflects our strong professional background, in-depth local jurisdiction expertise, and trusted experience in serving clients internationally.
We have built up a core team of highly experienced professionals with extensive experience in financial, tax, corporate, advisory and regulatory regimes. To date, 3E Accounting has served a client-base of over 3,000 companies and start-ups.

The Way Forward
Having established 3E Accounting as the largest home-grown global accounting network, 3E Accounting is channeling his passion in innovation and technology to design and develop cutting-edge automated solutions that will re-engineer traditional business processes as Singapore moves towards a Smart Nation. In support of the Professional Services Industry Transformation Map (ITM), 3E Accounting set up the Digital Research and Development team in 3E Accounting and is leading the team to formulate the Digital Master Plan to map out the digital transformation of the business, focusing on the new growth areas in robotic business automation (RPA), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With these advanced applications, 3E Accounting will deliver customized business advisory and cloud-based solutions to give clients that digital advantage and significant competitive edge.
